    摘要:

    针对工船养殖大黄鱼(Larimichthys crocea)的机械化起捕问题,研制了一台真空吸鱼泵样机,在“国信101”号养殖工船试验船上开展实船试验。样机采用单筒式结构和预抽真空工艺,真空集鱼筒的吸排鱼口采用刀闸阀,采用液位控制吸排过程。试验在浪高1.00~1.40 m,船体横摇和纵摇明显的条件下进行。首先进行了不同吸程下的吸水性能试验,然后进行了大黄鱼起捕试验,试验用鱼为从养殖舱内随机抓取游动活跃、外表无损伤的大黄鱼。吸水性能试验结果显示:随着吸程的增加,单次吸排周期时长增加,真空集鱼筒内真空度增大,但真空吸鱼泵的输送量减小。起捕试验结果显示:在吸程2.30 m条件下,用时498 s,将37.10 kg大黄鱼全部吸捕完成;起捕后所有大黄鱼体表均无明显损伤,且大部分大黄鱼仍保持较高活跃性。研究表明:采用真空吸鱼泵对工船养殖大黄鱼进行机械化起捕是可行的。[中国渔业质量与标准,2022,12(6):15- 20]

    Abstract:

    The study focused on the mechanized catching of Larimichthys crocea bred in the aquaculture vessel. A prototype of the vacuum fish pump (VFP) was developed and then tested on the Guoxin 101 that was a pilot aquaculture vessel. The prototype was a single tank type,pre vacuuming process was adopted, and the knife gate valves were installed on the suction and discharge port of the tank, with the suction and discharge process controlled by liquid level mode. The experiments were carried out under the conditions of wave height of 1.00~1.40 m and obvious ship rolling and pitching. Firstly, the water absorption performance experiments under different suction heights and the fish catching experiment were carried out successively. The experimental fish were adult Larimichthys crocea with active swimming and undamaged appearance, randomly caught from the aquaculture cabin of the Guoxin 101. The water absorption performance experiments showed: with the increase of suction height, the suction discharge cycle time increased, and the vacuum degree in the tank of the VFP during the suction process increased, but the transportation rate of the VFP decreased. The fish catching experiment showed: under the condition of suction height of 2.30 m, it took 498 s by the VFP to catch 37.10 kg Larimichthys crocea completely; there was no obvious damage on the body surface of all the captured Larimichthys crocea, and most of the Larimichthys crocea captured by the VFP stilled maintain high active swimming. Therefore, it was feasible to use the VFP for mechanized catching Larimichthys crocea bred in the aquaculture vessel. [Chinese Fishery Quality and Standards, 2022, 12(6): 15- 20]
