    摘要:

    本研究建立了超高效液相色谱质谱联用法测定虹鳟(Oncorhynchus mykiss)中孔雀石绿和隐色孔雀石绿残留量结果的不确定度分析方法。在此方法中建立了超高效液相色谱质谱联用法测定虹鳟中孔雀石绿和隐色孔雀石绿残留量的不确定度评估数学模型,得出影响不确定度的因素,并对各个不确定度分量进行分析,最终得出利用此法测定水产品中孔雀石绿残留量和隐色孔雀石绿的不确定度报告:X1=(2.465 8±0.159 2) μg/kg,X2=(2.642 2±0.115 2) μg/kg。通过分析各不确定度分量结果,确定测定过程中的不确定度主要来源于样品前处理引入的不确定度。[中国渔业质量与标准,2021,11(5):25-30]

    Abstract:

    A mathematical model for evaluation of the uncertainty assay for malachite green and leucomalachite green residues in Oncorhynchus mykiss by ultraperformance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (UPLCMS/MS) is established in this study. The factors influencing the uncertainty were obtained and each uncertainty component was assessed. Finally, the uncertainty report of this method for malachite green and leucomalachite green detections, among which X1= (2.4658 ± 0.1592) μg/kg,X2 = (2.6422 ± 0.1152) μg/kg. Through the analysis of each uncertainty component, the main source of uncertainty during detection was determined from uncertainty introduced by sample pretreatment.
